Paphos Tigers Win the League
Paphos Tigers are pleased to announce that we have won the League for 2009/10.
Chairman of the Joint Services League, Andy Buckle confirmed the result yesterday.
The Tigers official results are:-

Club Coach Graham Boyle said
"After a very hard fought season, when we managed to overcome many highs and lows, we are absolutely delighted to have won the League. We incurred many injuries to key players throughout the season but our young Tigers stepped up to the plate and proved themselves to be worthy contenders for 1st team places. We are looking forward to next season when we shall attempt to achieve our ultimate goal of winning both the League and Cup. We would all like to thank all of our loyal supporters, a very hardworking and busy Committee, and of course a special thank you to our sponsors and to our friends in the media for all of their help and support. Thank you one and all."
Nick Bilton, Coach Co Ordinator said:-
"It is always great to finish a season with silverware, but we have still not proven our true capabilities until we have secured both Cups from the League and the Joint Service Cup in our cabinet. Congratulations and well done to the lads in achieving this third league win in only our 7th season."
Captain Matt Lowe said:-
"This is a very proud moment for me in my first year as Captain, and winning the League with such a fantastic squad is a brilliant achievement. All of the hard work done in training and behind the scenes has paid great dividends, and on behalf of all of our players I would like to especially thank the Coaches, Committee and our band of wonderful supporters, without whom we would never have achieved this success".
